This program is useless… installed it, but console exits for no reason when trying to use..

Im having a issue with the Add In, It installs fine but then when i bring up the console after installing it and click on the icon. it stalls the console and logs out like a thing.

any tips do i need to install german lang or what please help the WHS is fully uptodate ?/?
