Es ist soweit! Liebe Windows Home Server Gemeinde, wir präsentieren Euch heute das neue Download Manager Add-In von Christof Rakowski. Dies ist die initiale BETA Version und soll einen ersten Vorgeschmack auf die Vollversion geben. Bitte testet was das Zeug hält! Solltet Ihr Fehler finden, so wäre es wirklich super toll, wenn Ihr diese im Forum unter Add-Ins posten könntet. Dazu haben wir Euch auch schon einen Thread angelegt.

Im Daily Download funktioniert die Volumenbeschränkung noch nicht!
Login To Server: Mit einem Rechtsklick auf die Combobox für die Benutzerdaten kann ein Eintrag hinzugefügt werden.
Solltet Ihr auf das Add-In linken wollen, so verwendet bitte den Link auf diesen Artikel, nicht direkt auf die ZIP Datei.

Today is the day! We proudly present the first BETA version of Christof Rakowskis Download Manager for Windows Home Server. I’ve downloaded this and installed it on an OEM version of WHS. When I restarted the WHS machine it went into a loop of ooting up then after abotu 15 seconds reboot itself. Hitting F8 on boot and choosing „Last Known Good Config“ solve it. Then tried to uninstall the add-in and get an error that block the uninstallvsaying some components are not available (The specified service does not exist as an installed service) – so I’m stuck – can’t reinstall it and can’t uninstall it. Please help!
Using version 1.0.9 of WHS Download Manager
Beim Versuch nach erfolgreicher Add-In Installation die Einstellungen des Download Managers in der WHS Konsole aufzurufen beendet sich bei mir die Konsole.

ja, das von dir beschriebene Problem ist dem Autor inzwischen (glaube ich) bekannt. Vielleicht schaust Du mal bei uns im Forum vorbei, wenn Du noch nicht hast. Dort wird dir sicherlich besser geholfen.
Dito, Probs mit dem Downloadmanager. Welches Forum wäre das denn?

das gleiche Problem habe ich auch allerdings nur wenn ich die Homeserver Konsole auf dem Server selber benutze. Starte ich das Add in von einem Clientcomputer habe ich das Problem nicht. Ist das bei Euch auch so?

@nr.4,6 und 8: genau das gleiche problem besteht bei mir auch, unter welchem forum ist das denn nun nachzuschauen ??
I have a probleme with my computer and I`m trying this vertion by downloding to see if is helpfull.
Im having a issue with the Add In, It installs fine but then when i bring up the console after installing it and click on the icon. it stalls the console and logs out like a thing.
any tips do i need to install german lang or what please help the WHS is fully uptodate ?/?
This program is useless… installed it, but console exits for no reason when trying to use..
